I am the girl who is lost in space, the girl who is disappearing always, forever fading away and receding farther and farther into the background. Just like the Chesire cat, someday I will suddenly leave, but the artifical warmth of my smile, that phony, clownish curve, the kind you see on miserably sad people and villians in Disney movies, will remain behind as an ironic remnant. I am the girl you see in the photograph from some party someplace or some picnic in the park, the one who looks to very vibrant and you look at the picture again, I want to assure you, I will no longer be there. I will be erased from history, like a traitor in the Soviet Union. Because with everyday that goes by, I feel myself becoming more and more invisible, getting covered over more thickly and darkness, coats and coats of darkness that are going to suffocate me in the sweltering heat of the summer that I can't even see anymore, even though I can feel it burn.

1. Very few people are 100% gay. Very few people are 100% straight.
1. Some woman might say she's straight, but she might still fancy you. This means:
1. She might really be mostly straight but might be willing to make exceptions
2. She might really be bi or a lesbian, but hasn't realized yet (or adopted the identity)
3. She might be really confused and freak out on you when you proposition/get busy with/get into a relationship with her
4. But she may well get over her freak-out given enough patience and support. Then again, she may not.
5. She might decide that she does want to have a relationship with you/women, but choose not to define herself with the bi/les/whatever label. She doesn't have to.
6. All the above are subject to change.
7. These days, there a few idiot women who lead lesbians on for male-orientated "kicks". Don't be sucked into performing for the benefit of someone else, and exercise your common sense as to whether it really is you she fancies. If you have doubts, don't play the game.
8. If you hit on a straight woman (or any woman, actually) and she says no, then leave it be. Don't be a skank.
2. Most dykes are not 100% lesbian
1. Not all dykes are "virgins".
2. Some dykes are attracted to men.
3. Some dykes have slept with men.

6. Some dykes might reckon they never will, but somehow end up being attracted to/snogging/screwing/having a relationship with a guy.
7. This does not mean they're "really bi".
8. Although sometimes it might. But it's not up to anyone else to make that decision for them.

1. Sometimes it means they fancy women as much as men.
2. Sometimes it means they fancy men more than women.
3. Sometimes it means they fancy women more than men.
4. Sometimes who they fancy varies.
5. Often it means they don't really care about gender at all.
6. It doesn't mean they'll shag anyone.
7. It doesn't mean they'll have a high sex drive.
8. It doesn't mean they are into open/multiple relationships.
9. It doesn't mean they'll automatically dump a dyke for a bloke. If she has no preference as to gender, it's just as likely she'll dump you for another woman. Think about it - what difference does it make?
10. A bisexual woman is no more likely to dump you than another dyke is.
4. A woman's sexuality doesn't necessarily remain the same throughout her life. In fact, quite often, it doesn't. It also doesn't mean that she was "really always that way" - people can change.

1. Not all dykes are butch.
2. Not all femmes are bi (or straight).
3. Sometimes femmes fancy other femmes, and butches fancy other butches.

6. Being butch does not mean you want to transition.
7. Although for a few, it is an intermediate identity.
8. Being femme does not mean you can't make the first move. Butches can be shy too.
9. Butches don't have all the answers. They are also not born knowing how to be good lovers.
10. Femmes are not doormats.
11. Butch and femme often doesn't have anything to do BDSM, or knowing who is top or bottom if a couple are into it.
12. Although sometimes it does.
13. Most lesbians are neither butch nor femme, and are quite happy about that, thank you.
3. Gender identity sometimes has nothing to do with sexuality/presentation/genitalia, and is not just binary.
1.  If you're in doubt about someone's gender identity, just ask. While a few trans/intersex people might be sensitive about certain questions, it's better to look slightly gauche than get it wrong.
2. Having sex or having a relationship with a transperson of any persuasion doesn't mean you have to hand your dyke card back.
3. When you get to doing the wild thing, don't just dive for the genitals. Not all transpeople have the confidence to discuss their preferences with regard to their genitalia (although they should grow that confidence, asap), and offering to give, say, an FTM the "ride of a lifetime" might not get the response you want. Although, like anything else, it might. Check first.
4. The definition of being a lesbian is being a woman who is mainly attracted to other women. And that is all that anyone has in common with regard to "lesbian sex".
1. Some lesbians don't have sex with anyone. They are celibate. They are still lesbians. Or are you shagging another woman every second of the day to keep your lesbian cred up?
2. Some activities work for some women, and some don't.
1. Some women do not like cunnilingus - giving or receiving or both.
2. Some women do not like penetration - giving or receiving or both.
3. Some women do not like sex toys.
4. Some women change their minds about cunnilingus/penetration/sex toys once they've experimented with them a bit.
5. Some women like anal sex. Use gloves, condoms and lube.
6. You don't have to like all the same things as your partner does, but it helps if there is a reasonable degree of overlap.
7. It also helps if you're willing to do to her at least some of the things she enjoys, even if you don't want them for yourself.
3. Some women change their minds about all manner of sexual activities they previously didn't like.
4. Sometimes that is to do with their partner at the time. However, do not assume that you will change anyone's mind about anything.
5. Pressuring someone into an activity they said they don't enjoy is generally counterproductive. But there's nothing wrong with making the suggestion at least once.
6. Lube is good for any kind of penetration. Don't use silicone lube with silicone toys.
7. Safe sex is something you should learn about, no matter who you're sleeping with.
8. If you have safe sex, you're much more unlikely to get a sexually-transmitted disease (other than oral herpes) no matter what the Christian Right try to tell Americans. Nothing is perfect, but your risk is much reduced.
9. No-one should force any sexual activity on you without your consent.
10. Force is not necessarily physical.
11. Some lesbians like BDSM and other forms of kink.
12. This does not mean they're any less feminist/"politically sound" than you are.
13. What works for you or your last girlfriend won't necessarily work on anyone else.
14. Asking someone what they like is always as good idea, as is telling them what you like. This can be done in a verbal or a non-verbal way.
15. If you can't talk about sex with someone, it's possibly not a good idea to have it with that person.
16. Sex is for enjoying. If you're not enjoying it, don't do it.
17. If you are enjoying it, let the other person know. Be an honest lover.
18. Whatever happens during sex is fine if you're both happy with it.
19. Don't feel you need to delay having sex to adhere to some arbitrary standard (other than the age of consent!), if you're ready for it. Conversely, the time to start having sex (in general or with a specific person), is when you decide to. There is no rush, and no point in pushing yourself to do something you're not ready for.
5. You can't fix an addicted person, unless perhaps you're a professional counsellor. And in that case, you wouldn't be involved with them, would you? If someone's addiction is affecting your life, they must get help. If they won't get it, then leave. If you're addicted, get help.
6. Don't ever assume you can change anything about anyone. No matter what they promise.
7. Different kinds of relationships structures work for different people. It's easier to start off by knowing that your partner wants a similar kind of structure. Renegotiating agreements is always difficult.
1. You need to be able to talk about what you need in the context of a relationship. Silence is never an appropriate strategy.
2. Not everyone wants to get "married". If this is a big aim in your life, then it's best to ensure your partner feels the same way.
3. Not everyone wants children. If children are essential to your life, ensure you don't get involved with someone who feels the opposite
4. Some lesbians are not monogamous
1. It helps if you agree that your relationship is open before it starts
2. An open relationship does not necessarily mean that you act like sluts and have no agreements
3. Open relationships can be just as committed as the regular kind
4. An open relationship can be a good way of managing different sexual desire levels in a relationship. If one partner has a very much higher libido than the other, or wants to explore kink, having another relationship or play partner may provide a good outlet without needing to relinquish the original relationship.
5. Multiple relationships require even more negotiation than the more conventional kind.
5. Long-distance relationships can be very difficult to maintain, depending on circumstances.
1. Always keep the communication lines open.
2. Endeavour to spend regular time together in person.
3. Talk about issues as they arise. It's hard when you see each other infrequently, but it's better to deal with them sooner than later. Even if it's the first time you've seen each other in 6 months and you want "quality time" without hassles.
6. It's healthy to have different interests and friendships to your partner. Being alone constantly and only doing what the other wants to do is decidedly unhealthy.
7. If a partner goes out of her way to isolate you from your friends and interests, that is a major warning sign.
8. Physical and emotional abuse should not be tolerated. Under any circumstances. Even if you think you're "provoking" the situation, it's best to get out and stop the vicious cycle. In fact, no provocation is worth physical abuse.
9. You and your partner do need to have an overlap of things in common. Having a relationship with someone whose politics and/or life aspirations are wildly different to your own is extremely difficult. Although not impossible, given other common ground.
10. Sex is not enough to be the only common ground for a sustainable relationship.
11. Having one crappy relationship is not grounds for writing off a whole gender/sexuality/relationship structure. If one bisexual screws you over, or your open relationship goes up in flames, it doesn't necessarily mean the next will be the same.
12. Being single and "playing the field" is just fine, if everyone else knows that's what the agenda is. Just because the relationship isn't ongoing, it doesn't mean you're exempt from honest communication and reasonable levels of disclosure.
13. If your feelings for someone change - you are becoming indifferent to someone, or, conversely, your feelings are becoming more intense than initially planned, you need to admit that to the other person asap (if appropriate). She has the right to decide how to react to that information.
8. If someone doesn't appear ever to listen to you, don't waste your time on them. Of course, you need to extend the same courtesy in return.
9. You are not the only lesbian in the universe. Or your country. Or, probably, even your town, even if there are only 50 people living in it.
1. You won't like every lesbian you ever meet. Dykes can be wankers as well.
2. Not everything in the media (books, TV, movies) with lesbians in it is good (unless you're really really desperate). 
3. Queer people do not have infallible gaydar. Sometimes you need to tell them that you're a lesbo. While femme women suffer from this one most often, even your biggest baddest diesel dyke has to make things clear occasionally.
4. Propositioning a woman is the easiest way of letting her know you're a dyke. ;-)
5. "Hinting around" should only be used as a last resort when you're unsure whether someone knows if you're queer. Such as  when you're surrounded by witchhunting queerbashers with flaming torches. If you must, mention gay-themed movies, books and music to see what response you get. But it's generally better to be adult about it - unless you really are ashamed of what you are.
6. If you don't feel safe announcing your lesbianism to anyone, get yourself into a situation where you are. Hopefully that doesn't mean moving from Outer Inbredville, Utah to San Francisco, Calif. But it might.
7. It's a cliché, but join some groups to meet new people. Joining queer groups makes it more likely that you'll meet other dykes, but we are everywhere, after all. Almost any group allows you the potential of meeting fellow-travelers (queer or not).
8. Online communities (duh!) are a great way of getting in touch with people who are also dykes/whatever you're into. You can even get to meet them in RL as well (if they seem at least somewhat sane).
10. Friends are crucial. A friendship circle is a way of keeping socially well-integrated and feeling included in your own community of choice.
1. If you don't have friends, get out and make them. Now.
2. You have to make yourself somewhat appealing as well. Take an interest. Learn social skills. Have regular showers.
3. If a friend doesn't like X about you, that doesn't mean they don't accept you as a person.
4. However, if they keep harping on about X, either fix it if it's something that should be fixed, or consider whether it's you they want a friendship with.
5. Listen to what your friends tell you, but use your own internal consistency-checker.
6. If your friends or other people find your behaviour unreasonable, consider that they might be right. Perhaps your internal consistency-checker isn't working properly.
7. You don't have to have all the same interests as all your friends. Different friends are good for different activities/interests.
8. Ask your friends for input about issues that are going on in your life. However, don't gratuitously bag out another involved party. Choose someone who is neutral towards both of you (or can at least think that way).
9. Friendships are a great way of meeting other people. Any (female) friend of my friend is a potential lover of mine (or they're at least another potential friend, which is just as good).
10. Having friendships is to do with trust: be worthy of trust yourself; surround yourself with people that you can trust. Otherwise, why are you friends?
11. Meeting online is an important way of getting to know people these days, and a great way of finding people with common interests.
1. Do not take everything that someone says online as gospel.
2. Check to see that what they say about themselves, what they reveal as time goes on and what you learn about them are all congruent. If the versions are wildly out of sync (beyond the bounds of caution), then avoid them.
3. Don't reveal personal details about yourself too quickly.
4. Arrange to meet in a public space.
5. Do NOT arrange to meet for the first time in their town, staying with them, and with no personal transportation. Even if they're not a serial killer, it may be dire and you might need an escape route.
6. No matter how fantastic your bonding online, do not declare eternal romantic love with someone before meeting them in person. In fact, it's probably better to wait until you've had sex with them as well. At the very least, if you're intending an exclusive relationship with sex as an ongoing part of it.
12. If you think someone's cute, ask them out.
13. If they say no, then leave it be. There really are plenty more fish in the sea.
14. Don't bullshit, and especially don't bullshit to yourself.
15. There is no crap in life that lasts forever. If you feel that there is, get professional help.
16. When in doubt about anything, ask. Check in. Communicate. Tell people what you feel. But don't harp on about the same thing over and over. Listen to what people are saying.
17. Have a sense of humour. Especially about yourself.
18. Get over it!

You know what's funny?


I was sitting on a hospital chair for about 4 hours wondering what was going on, and all I could think was... "This is a hero all around"

I had her psp. I wasn't paying attention but all I could do to seem ok was put on the earbuds to look as if I was singign along when all I did was talk to myself...

Have you realized how ppl sometimes don't see what's right in front of them? how they miss the most obvious signs and don't even think about it?...

Well maybe I'll make more sense if I just start from the begining... Yes, I think that'll be the best...


Today we wento out without a determined target, just stroll, know the place without a guide... you know, the kind of trip she loves...

And as we strolled, she took the lead as usual and ¿what do you know? she found a flee market, if someone could, that... was she. So we went in and saw a whole bunch of cool shiny stuff, some we bought, others we just stared at as if mesmerized, it was a beautiful sight, all these things that had a history, all these things that have seen so much more than we have, these things that if they could spoke... if they could tell their story... the amazing adventures they could tell, stories of love and deceit, stories of war and peace...

So much history saved on such small items... Of course we all got bags and bags of things, she is a sucker for that kind of thing and so are we...

Toys, cameras, decorations, all sorts of artefacts that you wouldn't even imagine the use of...

She is actually the one that taught us the love for these...

It all went smoothly, and even at the end of the market, we found a "new age" kind of part, about 20 stands of new 'second hand' (or stolen) things... we weren't going in because of her warning, but the redhead saw something that caught her eye... a 80Gb memory stick... she had to have it so we went in, and we looked around, little tree got what she wanted and we were going out when I eyed a nano, and of course I just had to ask... $30 US each... couldn't let it pass

I got 5, why not? I thought, nothing big, nothing important, after Noko found something of her own (a video one for 45 or about) we were all ready to go... and we did, however the sun was setting and the place didn't look as friendly as only an hour before, and the closest exit was the one we took... stupid

As she expected it couldn't all be good and we found ourselves before these tall filthy looking hobo... and his knife

No one did anything, the redhead didn't look all that pleased, she's gonna do sthg stupid I thought... but no, she must have thought that too because her words were clear and more directed to us than the thug in front of us... 'if you want the cash we'll give it to you' and sure enough everyone followed the lead again as always. Soon we all held our wallets in our hands.

Everything was meant to go ok... no big fuss, no fretting... nothing... right

It was all ok... until he went for something else, he stood between Noko and the redhead and grabbed a boob, mistake, he started talking about it I assume, Noko wont say and I know to little japanese to know what the hell he said, the tree as red as her hair was getting too close to the line.

But no... the tree didn't stand a chance, not against a knife like that and in the dark... But she did...

She went for it, she told him to stop, to step aside, to take the cash and leave... But why would he listen? He didn't.

He decided to point the knife to the redhead and say something threatening, I still don't know why, but... I stepped fowards, standing between his blade and my friend, I put myself in the line, another mistake that did it... He wouldn't take it he went for my throat and pushed the cold steal against it making me flinch, blades aren't my strong point... He threatened with raping one or all of us for all he cared, said he could bring out a whole gang... The knife cut into my skin just enough to make me bleed and stain the floor...

She had enough she wasn't going to let him do that, so she did her thing... I don't know how, but she went ahead and with a single strike she took him down, she had that face, the one you don't want to see, the one you know you will always fear, the one she only wears when she's made... he only laid there for a second before he stood ready to do some damage, his little little man ego was injured, japanese take their honor much more seriously than I ever will even when they have little to none left...

Sai screamed, she wasn't ready for something like this none of us were but we trust her that only served to distract her, she told us to run for it, right, none did, she took him down, 3 maybe 5 strikes and he was down, it couldn't have been more than 5 minutes but it felt like a lifetime and there was little we could do, any intervention could've been a disadvantage...

I don't know what happened, I can't for the life of mine remember aq single thing, all I know is we called emergency and Sai made sure they took the thug away, with her influence the stupid dude isn't seeing the light of the sun in at least 20 years for what he did... soon an ambulance was near, they checked us first she asked for that first thing she did was ask if we were ok... first thing she worries about is always us....

Once we were checked, we were all fine, then... then she fell it was too much even for her... She is always like that, pushes herself to the limit for us or anyone else she cares about...

The paramedics all rushed to her she was bleeding never did we think how exhausted she could be, how she was the one in the greatest danger of all, never did we think how bad it could be...

So yes... we're on Kioto now... I have to say its a lovely place.

Its been so long since I last updated...

Anyway, I've been traveling with the lovely Rosa Yeskaoda volk_krosh who by the way is made of awesome XD

We went to have some alone time in the very hidden Chiapanecan lagoons, I can't tell you just how amazing it was... swiming in those cold waters and scooba diving is just... wo... i mean the things you get to see... its one of the most wonderful things I've done...

But well, what else can be expected when traveling with Volk, right?

And then after a couple of days of healthy relaxing and bonding we headed out to Venezuela where we were supposed to see Anama (my HD :P) but of course, we couldn't cause we never found the freaking adress... we saw each other for like 5 seconds... it was a sad sad thing really. But still fun, spending time with interesting people is ALWAYS interesting.

Then we went to Amsterdam, lovely place really... bestest thing ever? Pot is legal there!!! LMAO

Anyway, we spent about a week there too, it was soooo fckg intersting! Ever seen the sunset before a city that reflects light as if it was but a lake.. a mirage? well... if you haven't, you very much need to go to Amsterdam...

And so after our VERY nice days and... nights >:3 in Amsterdam, we've headed out to Kioto (where we are now) to enjoy in the company of a whole lot of ppl I don't know...

I can't tell you just how scared I was to come here, because even if I know SOME japanese, I in no way think I could survive here without Volk... This isn't the first trip we make together, or the first where I have absolutely no idea of how to communicate with others and she has to translate for me about 24/7, but... still, this was JAPAN I mean... THE VERY OTHER SIDE OF THE GLOBE... yes I was fraked, but once we got here... I'm realizing its not as bad as I thought, and even though her friends still look at me weird from time to time when I try to say some things... I think I'm handling things well enough...

And and and and and I managed to buy souvenirs and a burger without Volk translating for me!!!! (Well yeah, I always wanted to know what a japanese burger tasted like... Oughtta tell you, not much difference from any other burger... XDDDDD silly, aren't I?)

Well Volk got a PSP as a present for some reason (girl says she wants an MP3 player and they give her a PSP... its like loosing a dime and finding a 100 bill, right? XD) and we've been trying to figure out how to program it to do all the cool stuff we know it can do... silly manual was in dutch T.T

And of course, its been ever so fun dragging her around when all she wants to do is weird stuff like looking at museums and I want to go run the cities!!! XD

Nah, she does like advernture too, but she kind of likes to visit it all and since Amsterdam I've been rather scattered...

However since she lived here when she was a child, we're already planning to go to the old neightborhood where she lived and see how much its changed not that i knew it before but.. you know) and we've set up some meetings with her old friends. Many went to the airport to greet us, it was awesome... these ppl are SO fun...

Oh and a few hours ago the chibi called (aka: HD, Anama) and everyone got a HUGE laugh when in the speaker she sai "aishiteru onee-sama" because... well sooooo not the same thing than "te quiero" LOL but meh, she's cute... she's like the perfect model of what an imoto should be, you know? She's cute, she cares and she makes her onee-sama smile. Sure I have a few things I don't like myself, like how she can be slightly over childish at times and ... a tad "too much" but, then again... she aint MY imoto, is she? XD

And ppl here are SOOOOO worked up over the fact that Volk's "out" and has an imoto... I personally don't see what the big deal is, but apparently for them it IS a huge deal... like "woooo, you've got to be kidding... rly?.... i mean srsly?... sure?... i mean.,.. yes?" I think they've asked at least 20 times each both things... and still can't believe it XD

Oh and now, Noko-chan and Michi-rin are all like "Saky-onee-sama" fangirling in a teasy way... I never knew japanese girls could be THIS much fun... or that understanding the "teen talk" as they call it could be SO easy... honestly I'm uber happy about being here....

They all know Mish too (Volk's sister) and man,... if you saw those two... its like... so weird to see sisters get along THAT good... Mish speaks about 5 words of japanese, but that doesn't stop her from having fun, between being translated to and speaking in english, everything here's become a bit of a party...

And we were going to stay in a hotel, but Noko-chan's actually *coughblackmailedcough* I mean convienced Volk to stay over at her place... which obviously (yes when you know Volk, this is obvious) is HUGE and happens to be rather comfy...

She lives there with Michi-rin... not complete sure why, 'cause when they said why everyon laughed, but truly I got about... nothing ^^;;;;

hum... and now its off to the city, so I bid you all good day/night/whatever-y thing

Yeah so yesterday it was interesting... at a point I decided I wanted to go to someone's place...

And I chose Willow, but she was at Ara-sama's place... and so was Kas and Mish... so I went anyway, it was like 3 or maybe 4 am I decided to go, but meh, since I hadn't had any sleep, it was still last night for me and yeah it was pretty fun...

We talked for a while, since we don't do that enough and things were fine... We had some fun playing strip poker we strip dolls actually, not our selves since Mish was there XD and it was all good...

After a while, at around 5 or 6 everyone wanted to sleep and so we divided the rooms... I got Will & Ara-sama and Mish got Kas not that either was too happy with the thought but... and... well....

Ok so great news... There's been some movement around the ss and... This makes me happy.

Why?

Because new Rosas are comming and as you may all know or not I'm still an oneesama-less chibi... Which yeah it's moslty my fault as I simply wont go looking...

I'm just not the kind of person that does so well starting a conv. -hangs head-

Once you are on it, it's all good and flowy... But the begining tends to freak me out... So... that's me...

However I think I will try and go talk to some of these new Rosas and maybe some of the old ones? XD

Just for the sake of it... I'm still trying to find the right Onee-sama for me...

It's time to make an update here...


I've decided to watch Mai HiME with Ara-sama again, just because it's so good... And I like her...

I've seen her Onee-sama skills on action and I must say, She's one hell of an Onee-sama!!

She worries about her soeur and all, about her health and times, she really cares about her.

I've been talking about the possibilities of changing my app on the soeur system and being an Onee-sama instead of an imoto... But actually I think I really prefer to stay on the nice chibi side...

If anything I'd like to be the middle part of a family... To be able to have an Onee-sama and have an imoto of my own. I know I can hable both ^^

Anywho... There are several girls on the ss I'd like to have as my big sisters, but honest to heart I'm kind of shy and don't really know how to go out and contact them so... I haven't talked to many ppl from there.

I've only talked to those who introduced themselves to me and those that are friends with Ara-sama because she makes these chats in which she invites me and a lot of her friends. They are all really nice, but since these are her chats... She doesn't have many chibiless oneesamas...

Hum... well I think this post has gone one long enough... And I have noting much to update anymore... So... well that! Bye! ^^

Greeting everyone, and sorry i don't update often, work is crazy...

I have no much to say right now, but I find it rather enjoyable to write a little here nonetheless.

So far I've been helping Ara-Oneesama with her translating as usual (not that I'm too good at it) she's as lovely as ever.

Many more fans have added to the club so it's more work to keep them straight, but what can I say if not that I'm happy to be a part of it anyway. And tahnkfully if things go the way they are supposed to, I'll get a whole weekend with her so everything should be just peachy!

School has started again, and it's all good, new teachers, old teachers, mates. Everything is lovely and calm.

Today she took me to this place in campus that's somehow away from everything but you get to see the people from it... It's just so like her to have found a spot like that. I don't really know how to get there my self, she spoke the entire way there so she distracted me on purpose.

Anyway, I just felt like sharing something that was shared with me today... So this is it


Perhaps we will be attending that voice acting pannel on the next anime/comic convention, if she finally gives up that is. If not, then at least we'll get to go around and buy some nice things she loves and I just happen to find "pretty"...

Today I have decided to open a LJ account solely with the purpose of meeting new people and applying on the Seour System community I've been watching for so long...

I still haven't learned how this actually works but I think I'll get a grip in no time, specially since my good Sensei is going to help me...Or so I hope :)
